Agile Mindset
As a certified PMP, CSM and PMI-ACP, I've helped teams see the value in Agile and Scrum, adapt at a sustainable pace, and reap the benefits of small commitments and continuous planning and refinement.
Experience
I've maintained backlogs of many products and have coded everything from simple scripts to monolithic web apps. I have an affinity for simple UI and attention to detail in finishing and shipping products.

Independent Project Manager • Various Clients
I prioritized giving back to various organizations and causes important to me throughout the first sabbatical of my professional career.
- Directed teams as full-time Theming Director for CA non-profit 501(c)(3) (under NDA)
- Developed and managed web applications and content for CA non-profit 501(c)(3) (under NDA)
- Volunteered and performed for three tentpole Games Done Quick multi-million dollar charity events
- Acted as Lead Playtester for the highly-acclaimed video game Blue Prince (2025)
- Produced interview content with the developers of indie hits TUNIC (2022) and Blue Prince (2025)
Project Manager • UCF IT Project Management Office
I was a PM for the central IT PMO, handling projects from demand through to closing. Projects ranged in size from a few to tens of stakeholders.
- Met with stakeholders regularly to determine and refine requirements, scope, risks and deliverables
- Managed communications to keep all stakeholders informed
- Coordinated various IT and vendor teams to stay in sync
- Regularly led kick-offs, presentations and retrospectives

Product Owner • UCF IT Digital Solutions
I was the Product Owner for a small Agile team of 3-4 devs with a large portfolio, in addition to playing the role of Scrum Master for multiple teams.
- Oversaw portfolio of 40+ custom software products and applications
- Developed product visions and a rationality index for all apps
- Successfully managed the on-boarding and standardization of 5+ colleges’ applications and tech debt
- Drove Agile adoption through Scrum practices, rituals, and consistency
- Improved team cohesion through retreats, off-campus meetings, and levity
- Worked with Product Owners and leadership to develop an application retirement process
- Led workshops on Scrum topics, including affinity estimation, Definition of Done and retrospectives

Web Applications Programmer Manager • SDES IT
I was promoted to the role of manager in our growing application development department. I also continued to develop web apps and assist with design tasks.
- Managed a team of 6 designers and programmers and coordinated all projects, tasks, and deliverables
- Developed 30+ web applications for both internal and external use, primarily in C# MVC
- Worked with the Project Management team to develop procedures, workflows, and a ranking rubric for projects
- Prepared and delivered presentations to clients, internal teams, and VPs

Web Applications Programmer • SDES IT
I created and maintained custom web applications in PHP and .NET (C#) for a college IT department. I took the division from having low/no standards and spaghetti strategy to having a single, shared UI and common content and coding standards.
- Managed collection of 100+ sites for various departments and teams in IIS
- Coordinated division webmasters by creating a shared framework
- Designed and developed responsive division-wide web and SharePoint templates
- Frequently met clients to turn concepts into business solutions
